SimplyHired uses 100+ job boards like CareerBliss, GetHired.com, and even Indeed, to get your job posting out there so it's viewable to all candidates within your targeted area, though distribution ranges based on a variety of considerations, like demand and the specific industry. The job post then uploads to the HRIS system (Human Resources Information System), where you will receive tools for hiring, onboarding, and management. You can view resumes, cover letters, and answers to screener questions, however you won't get the applicant's contact information unless you decide to move forward.
Pricing starts at $9.99/candidate reveal but it varies depending on various factors, including the level of experience required for the position, the number of available applicants, number of employees looking for similar talent, and so on. Once paid, you receive the applicant's name and contact information, and you can take it from there.
Past users say they appreciate how easy it is to filter for the right candidates, which saves the hiring party time weeding through tons of applications. Though some admit the site, which is owned by Indeed, is lacking in customer support.
SimplyHired is, as the name implies, the simplest and most affordable of the options, so it may not rival the others. But for a small business with a limited budget, or for companies who only need to infrequently fill positions, it might lead to qualified candidates that won't break the bank if they don't work out.
