Stainless steel has been the dominant decor in American kitchens for at least 15 years, with black and white finishes only recently starting to sneak back into the high-end design language. But the world is such a colorful place—the sky is blue, grass is green, cherries are red, oranges are...orange. Why can't our kitchens reflect the brilliance, diversity, and vibrance of the rest of the world?
