Walgreens introduced the refill service to a limited number of stores last year and expanded it to other stores earlier this year. Refills cost $10 for black cartridges and $15 for color cartridges; in some cases, this is the half the price of replacement cartridges. Walgreens guarantees each refill. A coupon can be printed out from the Walgreens website.
