There is nothing easy about potty training.
If you’ve already been through the process, you're heaving a heavy sigh and thinking, “Oh geez, the potty training stage.”
If, like me, you’re in the thick of it, you’ll appreciate any tips, tricks, shortcuts, hacks or resources that can ease the process of teaching a little one how to potty properly.
To that end, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s trusted family brand, Hello Bello, has just collaborated with Play-Doh on a training pants bundle that includes free Play-Doh in every box and an online potty-training center for parents and kids.
The Potty Plan is grouped into two sections: one for kids, with games and activities, and one for adults with tips and resources curated from The Mom Psychologist and clinical psychologist Dr. Jazmine McCoy.
The parent section is grouped into well-thought-out resources for potty training stages, including a quiz to gauge readiness, a checklist of supplies to have on-hand, a playlist for long practice sessions, and encouragement for parents.
The kid section features nine games and activities like puzzles and matching pairs that managed to instantly engage both my twins away from Sesame Street when I tried this kit out.
The Potty Plan's kids portal includes interactive and engaging online games.
The training pants are hypoallergenic and made without chlorine processing, artificial fragrance, lotion, latex, pthalates or parabens. They’re made to feel soft, like underwear, and have a plant-derived core liner and sustainably-harvested fluff pulp for absorbency. Leak guards and tear-away sides offer what parents need in a training pant.
They come in 2T to 5T sizes, in colorful, fun Play-Doh designs, and each box includes free Play-Doh and a QR code to access The Potty Plan. Hello Bello has also donated over 6 million diapers to parents in need.
