At this year’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, high-end kitchen appliance manufacturer Dacor is introducing a new gas range.
The Renaissance Pro Style Gas Range combines three-part convection cooking, dual-stacked burners, and a self-cleaning cycle. Available in both 48- and 36-inch formats, the ranges feature Illumina burners that glow with Dacor’s signature flame-blue when on, and oven controls that utilize the ProGrip design.

The dual-stack burners provide continuous simmer-to-sear control. They can dial up to 18,000 BTUs for searing, but also allow for heating at a gentle 800 BTU, perfect for the gentlest simmer. The range also offers what Dacor is calling “three-part convection” cooking and self-cleaning features. Two GlideRacks extend fully beyond the oven cavity, enough to accommodate commercial-sized baking sheets.
The new Renaissance 48- and 36-inch Pro Style Gas Ranges will retail from $6,199 to $8,199.
With its entire line of appliances designed and built in California, family-owned Dacor is celebrating its 50th year of operation in 2015.
