Portland Shop Serves Up the Ultimate Holiday Ice Cream

Last year, we told you about a bizarre-sounding turkey-flavored Thanksgiving ice cream that Portland-based dairy specialists Salt & Straw put out in time for Thanksgiving. Since then, the company has continued offering seasonal monthly flavor packs, even going so far as to create a Seasonal Pints Club.
This holiday season, Salt & Straw has decided to create five new seasonal flavors, including fruitcake and mincemeat pie. The company will send you five pints of the stuff for $65, plus shipping. All orders are sent packed in dry ice to ensure you don't end up with a puddle of cream and fruitcake bits.

The company also created Butter Roasted Chestnut and Spiked Butterscotch Eggnog flavors, but they're only available at its Los Angeles storefront.
