If you're a hunter, you'll need a freezer for storing large amounts of meat. A single buck has more than enough meat to feed your family and even a few neighbors for a good while, so long-term storage is necessary.

Rectangular chest freezers are a good choice for hunters due to their sheer volume. They commonly have around 20 cubic feet of space. Another neat advantage: chest freezers don't lose their cool as quickly as upright freezers when you open the door, so you save some money on power.
