GE Profile Smart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker with Podless Single Serve
Of all the appliance brands under the GE umbrella, our favorite just may be Profile. You won’t get the elevated visual flash of Monogram and Cafe; instead, a tech-centric approach leads to intentional, stylish appliances that work well. It’s that ethos that makes us fall hard for Profile’s new Smart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker. Followers of a coffee culture that dictates both bean freshness and one-cup-at-a-time brewing can appreciate that this machine does just that without waste capsules piling up (take that Keurig and Nespresso). Then there is the AI feature powered by Google, wherein you can chat up the machine to hand-tailor flavor profiles and preferences. There’s a lot more to this machine—take our word for it.
JennAir 36-inch Downdraft Induction Cooktop

JennAir's Downdraft Induction Cooktop features a unique filtration system.
Perhaps the most eye-catching innovation that we have seen this week at KBIS, JennAir’s new Downdraft Induction Cooktop defies gravity better than Elphaba. Through a circular port in the 36-inch cooktop’s center, a filtration system sucks cooking vapors, smoke, and odors away from pots and out of the kitchen before they have time to rise or permeate. This technology acts in place of a range hood, and it works extremely quietly.

Moen Instant Hot SIP Faucet and Instant Hot Tank

Moen's Instant Hot SIP faucet (left) and the under-the-sink Instant Hot Tank (right) work in tandem.
Getting near-boiling temperature water straight from your kitchen sink is no longer a novelty, but this Moen innovation puts polish on the process. The Instant Hot SIP Faucet, which comes in three finishes, offers a few first-of-its-kind flairs, including a turn knob that you don’t have to continually press to release and insulated construction that prevents the fixture itself from getting hot to the touch. Beneath the sink, the faucet connects to a ⅔-gallon tank that allows you to fill approximately 40 cups per hour and customize the water temperature to between 140°F and 190°F. Consumers will find install very easy—no plumbers necessary.
Instant Hot SIP Faucet and Instant Hot Tank available now at Moen
Midea Flexify Pro Air Fryer Oven
The kitchen is all about efficiency, whether you’re talking about the speed at which you can prepare dinner or the amount of energy you use to do it. Midea’s new Flexify Pro Air Fryer Oven accomplishes both thanks to its graphene heater technology. According to Midea’s own test labs, graphene’s exceptional conductivity allows the air fryer oven to heat up to 500°F in under one second, 90% higher than conventional heating elements. This means you can start cooking immediately, thereby wasting less energy through pre-heating. The Flexify Pro Air Fryer Oven features 11 cooking modes, from grilling to slow cooking.

Fotile FreshBake Range

Fotile launches its FreshBake Oven at KBIS 2025 with a powerful, proprietary air filtration system.
Imagine combining an air purifier, an electric range, and a convection oven, and you’ll have a pretty good idea of how Fotile’s new oven works. Its FreshBake technology is a cutesy name that masks a powerful proprietary PCF filter system, which eliminates harmful VOCs and particulate matter by 90%—those caused by cooking oils and other ingredients at high temperatures. In effect, you get a much healthier kitchen air quality without the need for additional air purifying devices or opening windows. Fotile is only launching the FreshBake Range in a 30-inch size.
Dacor 2025 Induction Range (36-inch)
Part of the Samsung family, Dacor is celebrating 60 years of business in 2025. This is also the year that the upscale appliance brand has made a singular investment in induction cooking and from what we’re seeing it sure has paid off. Dacor’s new 36-inch range pairs design familiarity with new technology. The range’s most impressive feature is the cooktop itself, made of high-impact, scratch-resistant matte glass that is 54% stronger than traditional induction surfaces and registers an 8 on the Mohs Hardness Scale—for context, diamonds are a 10. Another fun fact: The oven can cook with steam and has a small water reservoir just inside its cavity.

Whirlpool 30-inch Electric Smart Range with Air Cooking Technology
Veteran KBIS goers know that the brands roll out their flashiest new models to wow the masses, and we admit, we can fall for their charms. However, sometimes simple is simply better, and that’s the case with Whirlpool’s new, family-oriented electric range that helps get dinner on the table with ease and more quickly. When the kids throw pancake batter all over the range, you can wipe it down with just water, thanks to its WipeClean coating. And when it comes to cooking, tired parents will be wowed by the high-speed bake-setting preheat and an air fry setting that doesn’t require preheat at all.

KitchenAid 30-inch Double Wall Oven with Air Fry Mode
We loved both the functionality and the form of this KitchenAid wall oven that features three unique cooking enhancements, including steam cooking with a steam tray, EvenHeat true convection and assisted cooking smart technology. Consumers can also get the wall oven in KitchenAid’s two 2025 color debuts—Black Ore and Juniper—as well as stainless steel, and can customize the handle and knob hardware between five different finishes.

Smeg Professional Range Series 24-inch Induction
As induction cooking grows in popularity across the U.S. market, we’ve seen luxury brand pro-style induction ranges grow from 30 inches to 36 inches to even 48 inches. What you don’t see anywhere is induction in the more petite 24-inch range often used in condos or apartments. But, cities start to ban gas ranges in new residential builds, Smeg has answered the call with an elegant mini wrapped in white or matte black.
Midea Easy to Install Over-the-Range Microwave Oven

Midea's over the range microwave is easy for one person to install on their own.
This new OTR microwave from Midea has several selling points, among them it’s small (just 1.7 cubic feet), making it a great option for compact spaces, like apartments. But perhaps more notably, its new “push and snap” installation process allows for it to be anchored by a single person—and this should make anyone who has spent time wrestling with and swearing at an over-the-range microwave jump for joy.
Available in Summer 2025
Zline Autograph Edition Built-in 30-inch Microwave Drawer
While Zline might look and feel made for the fanciest of homes, it’s known for offering competitive pricing models. The brand is also known for being a pioneer of the microwave drawer, and while the concept is nothing new, its 30-inch size is a first in 2025. It also boasts an automatic open and close function with the touch of a button and is ADA-compliant.
Laundry and bath
Maytag Smart Pet Pro Front-load Washer
We absolutely loved using Maytag’s original, top-loading iteration of this washing machine, so when we heard that the laundry manufacturer was releasing a front-load version, we were all for it. You can probably guess from its name that Maytag intends this washer for households with pets and that’s because it’s specifically built to remove pet hair from your garments using a proprietary filter system.
Bemis Universal Fit Toilet Set

Bemis' new Universal Fit toilet seat fits both elongated (left) and round (right) toilets.
Convenience is the great motivator behind this 2025 Bemis innovation. Thanks to its unique design that enables it to align with both elongated and round toilets, the Universal Fit toilet seat helps solve confusion in the aisle for consumers and inventory issues for contractors and plumbers. Not only does its gentle shape fit any toilet, its fasteners can slide to adjust to a more forward or rear positioning. Bemis is launching the seat in white only, for just $36.

Kohler’s Anthem+ Digital Control and System

Kohler's Anthem+ shower system brings the spa experience home.
You’ve got to have deep pockets and a real love of experiential bathing to want to invest in Kohler’s new, totally jacked-up shower system. Firstly, it’s a huge plumbing and electrical install—one per shower needed, not per household—and secondly, the more elaborate your setup the more it will cost you. Anthem+ combines water, steam, sound, and light features to create a relaxation experience that you can tailor to your preferences through up to 12 water outlets from rain heads to hand showers, Bluetooth connectivity, steam pre-sets, and temperature variations, all through a touchpad. Without hesitation, we need this for our own home.
Empava Hot/Cold Plunge Indoor Tub
We’ve dipped our toes into the North Atlantic more than enough to realize the invigorating effect of ice cold water on the body. And if you’ve scrolled through videos on your social platform of choice over the last few years, you’ll be well aware that cold plunging is in. Empava’s new Hot/Cold Indoor Plunge means you don’t have to go wild swimming to obtain the same effect. Heck, you don’t even have to leave your house. This tub features two distinct basins and a temperature range from 113°F to a brisk 37.4°F, and it’s the only residential tub that can do so. In turn, users can go from hot to cold and back again and reap health benefits like reduced inflammation and enhanced muscle recovery.
