One of our favorites so far? You can save $50 on the latest Apple Watch SE smartwatch. This watch is our current pick for best value smartwatch—and that's before you account for its current Prime Day sales price.

The 2022 edition of the Apple Watch SE is remarkably similar to the 2020 version, with the same form factor and many of the same features. In this case, that's mostly a case of "if it isn't broke, don't fix it," but there are a handful of welcome improvements in the 2022 model.
For starters, we love how much more responsive this watch is thanks to its new S8 processor that boosts performance by about 20%. The original wasn't exactly slow, but this new version is definitely faster. The watch also features built-in crash detection, which can alert emergency services in the event of a car wreck.
In terms of software, you'll have the existing suite of features present in WatchOS, such as medication reminders, workout tracking, improved sleep tracking, and the cellular-capable models support international roaming.
In fact, this may be the best iPhone integration we've seen in a smartwatch, unless you're specifically looking for the most robust fitness tracker out there (that title goes to the Fitbit Versa 3).
Like all Apple products, there's also an excellent array of third-party products you can buy to further customize your experience. There are all sorts of styles, colors, and materials of watch bands for you to choose. You can also get a portable power bank, which might be a decent pick-up as this watch's only downside is its day-long battery life.
We loved this deal already, but now that it's on sale during Amazon Prime Day, it's an even more unmissable value.
