July 10, 2007 – Software developer FixerLabs last week released a full trial version of its enlargement program SizeFixer. Geared for photographers and graphic designers, the Windows-based stand-alone application allows users to enlarge images without the loss of detail, according to the company website. A 15-day free trial is available.

There are two versions of SizeFixer. SizeFixer XL can enlarge digital pictures to any size without sharpness degradation, and SizeFixer SLR can enlarge photos up to 68-megapixel. The program is compatible with 8-bit or 16-bit images in JPEG, RGB, and TIFF format. The latest full version includes FixerLabs LensFIT technology 7.0.

A Mac-compatible version of SizeFixer is in the works, according to the company website. SizeFixer SLR and XL are available for download at fixerlabs.com or in CD format from retailers. Those who elect to purchase SizeFixer XL are eligible for a 75 percent discount until the end of July.
