November 2, 2004 – Perhaps your pooch’s eyes turn green when you snap a photograph? Two Pilots Inc. released Pet Eye Pilot to fix this problem. Pet Eye Pilot is a software program that fixes the "red-eye effect" on pets. Because animals’ pupils are different, sometimes their eyes will show up red, blue, green or yellow.
Pet Eye Pilot is like a one-tooled Photoshop. Users click on the discolored pupils and adjust the brightness and color in real time. The program is available for $29.95 at www.colorpilot.com/peteye.html. Two Pilot Inc. also puts out software to fix red-eye in people, and create slideshows, puzzles and screensavers.
