Picasa 3.0](http://picasa.google.com/) is now available as a free download from Google. Still in Beta, Picasa 3.0 only supports Windows and organizes, prints, and edits photos. Picasa also integrates seamlessly with Picasa Web Albums for sharing images online and can be downloaded from here.
