ContrastMaster for Windows is a new plug-in in the PhotoWiz series. It offers three local and four global contrast adjustment methods in addition to options like masking, saturation and brightness. It can be purchased from http://www.thepluginsite.com/products/photowiz/ for $69.95 (Regular License) or $39.95 (Academic/Educational License). According to the manufacturer, a Mac version is on its way too.
