Carl Zeiss unveiled the Carl Zeiss C Biogon T* 2,8/35 ZM lens exclusively for mobile photo equipment. The C Biogon T* 2,8/35 ZM lens like all the lenses in the M series is suitable for cameras with M-bayonet.
The lens has a focal length of 35 mm and an aperture scale of f/2,8 – f/22. Carl Zeiss promises distortion-free images thanks to the symmetrical Biogon construction with 7 lens elements in 5 groups. Other features include; intuitive operation, all-metal frame and a precise, noticeable click in 1/3 aperture stops. Delivery of this lens is scheduled to begin in mid 2008.
