The newly announced 500GB HyperDrive COLORSPACE UDMA is being exhibited at Photokina 2008 in Hall 5.1 and Booth A030. This image backup device can download images at a rate of 2GB per minute with full data verification and can also decode and display true RAW images on its LCD.
Apart from JPEG and RAW image playback, the, HyperDrive COLORSPACE UDMA hard drive features a 3.2' QVGA color screen, a motion accelerator and also supports real-time CRC data verification. The HyperDrive COLORSPACE UDMA will be available from October at the following manufacturer's suggested retail price (80GB:$339, 120GB:$379, 160GB:$399, 250GB:$499, 320GB:$539, 500GB:$599).
