At the 2024 BAFTA Film Awards, Emily in Paris star Lily Collins wore a quintessential French girl makeup look—a bold, red lip paired with a natural-looking complexion. Then again, do we expect anything less from the zeitgeist's favorite American in Paris? No, not really. Collins' entire look for the awards ceremony was made using—you guessed it—French makeup, specifically from legacy beauty brand Lancôme (Collins is a global ambassador for the brand). "We wanted a classic fresh, beauty look with a statement dark lip to give it an edge," says Lisa Eldridge, Lancôme Global Creative Director of Makeup, of the look. Below are three of the products Eldridge used on Collins to achieve her look that could simply be described as "très magnifique."

1. Lancôme Hypnose 5-Color Eyeshadow Palette in 'French Nude'
To emphasize Collins' eyes, Eldridge used the Lancôme Hypnose Eyeshadow Palette in 'French Nude.'
Similar to the complexion, Eldridge kept things relatively low-key with Collins' eyes by working with a neutral eyeshadow color palette. With the Lancôme Hypnose 5-Color Eyeshadow Palette in 'French Nude,' she dusted the metallic nude shades on the lids. She concentrated the darker colors on the crease and outer corners of the eyes. The five-part eyeshadow palette consists of colors that come in metallic and matte finishes.
2. Lancôme Lash Idôle Lifting and Volumizing Mascara
Collins' eyes were further defined with the Lancôme Lash Idôle Volumizing and Lifting Mascara.
To make the eyes truly pop, Eldridge used the Lancôme Lash Idôle Lifting and Volumizing Mascara. The mascara claims to lift and add volume to each lash "for an open-eye effect lasting up to 24 hours."
3. Lancôme L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick in 'French Idol'
Lily Collins' 2024 BAFTAs look was classic French girl à la her bold, red lip.
Arguably, the most intriguing part of Collins' look is her dark cherry red lip color, which was made possible by the Lancôme L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick in 'French Idol' (cool brick rose). The lippie has a matte finish and is formulated with hyaluronic acid to keep the lips moist.
