Joanna Nelius

Former Senior Editor, Tech

Joanna specializes in anything and everything gaming-related and loves nerding out over graphics cards, processors, and chip architecture. Previously, she was a staff writer for Gizmodo, PC Gamer, and Maximum PC, and she currently teaches game writing and interactive fiction at the Orange County School of the Arts.

She also spent way too much time in school, having earned a BA in English: Writing from the University of Redlands, an MA in Screenwriting from the National University of Ireland Galway, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Chapman University. When she's not benchmarking, she's either playing The Sims 4, reading, working on her novel, or watching true crime documentaries.
